Ready to Switch Agents?
Your agent doesn't return calls. Your renewals come back higher every year with no explanation. You're not sure if your coverage is even right for your operation anymore. Switching is easier than you think.
We Hear This Every Week
Your agent doesn't know trucking.
General insurance agents write a trucking policy the same way they write a restaurant policy. They don't understand CSA scores, FMCSA filings, or which carriers have appetite for your specific operation. You deserve an agent who speaks your language.
You're overpaying and you know it.
Your renewal came back 15% higher and your agent just forwarded the invoice. No market check, no competing quotes, no explanation. You suspect you are paying more than you should, but you don't have time to figure it out yourself.
You can't get anyone on the phone.
You need a certificate for a new broker. Your driver had an accident and you need to file a claim. You call your agent and get voicemail. For three days. In trucking, slow service costs real money.
How We Handle It
You send us your current dec pages.
Your declarations pages show us exactly what you have — carriers, coverages, limits, deductibles, and what you're paying. That's all we need to start. You can usually download them from your current carrier's portal or just forward the PDF.
We run a full market check.
We take your current program to every carrier in our network and get competing quotes. No obligation — you see exactly what the market offers before you make any decision.
We show you the comparison.
Side by side: your current program versus what we found. Same coverages, same limits — different carriers, different pricing. You see the savings and any coverage improvements in black and white.
We handle the transition.
If you decide to move, we bind your new policies, handle all FMCSA filings, issue new certificates, and coordinate the cancellation of your old policies. No gap in coverage, no paperwork on your end. Your drivers won't notice anything except better service.
What to Expect
What We Need From You
Current declarations pages for all policies, loss runs for the last 3–5 years (your current agent is required to provide these), a current vehicle and driver list, and any broker or shipper requirements you need to meet.
Timeline
Market check takes 3–5 business days. If you decide to switch, we can bind new coverage in 24–48 hours. The entire transition — from first call to new policies in force — typically takes 1–2 weeks.
Mid-Term vs. Renewal
You can switch agents at any time. Mid-term switches are possible but may involve short-rate cancellation penalties on your current policies. Switching at renewal is cleaner and usually saves the most money. We'll advise on timing based on your situation.
Your Current Agent
You don't need to fire your current agent before talking to us. Get the comparison first, then decide. If we can't beat what you have, we'll tell you — and you've lost nothing but a phone call.
